On the menu, Calamari Fritti paired with Rosato di Sangiovese 2006, Capellini Pomodora and Muscardini 2006 Sangiovese and the main entrée of Tournelle of Beef with Madera wine truffle sauce married with Tesoro 2005, Muscardini's Super Tuscan blend. Wind down your evening with Poached pears in a caramel, chocolate and Barbara sauce with Muscardini 2006 Barbera.
