~ Journeyman Meat Co. Charcuterie Boards will feature selections of Muscardini Cellars wine-infused salume. Salume selections include our "Finocchiona" infused with Barbera & Fennel and our "Soppressata" infused with Cabernet, Garlic, and Red Chili Peppers
~ Tsar Nicoulai Caviar has sustainably cultivated world-renowned caviar from 100% American White Sturgeon. Their artisanal caviar is natural, fresh, additive free and enjoys a loyal following of fine food enthusiasts who prefer the simple goodness of a quality product. Enjoy selections of caviar with our 2018 Pinot Grigio and 2018 Rosato di Sangiovese from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
- Fuel the Food Truck our favorite local Sonoma County food truck, will be at our 15th Anniversary Party serving delicious food and coffee! Menu items include their Three Cheese Melt, Reuben, BLT, seeded avocado toast, smoked salmon toast, artisan coffee and so much more. Food will be available for purchase for the duration of the event.

Our 15th Anniversary Party will feature the release of our 2017 FORTUNA. This seductive, robust red blend features fruit grown on Bwise Winery Estate in Sonoma Valley’s Moon Mountain District. Michael Muscardini and Brion Wise have had a long time friendship and Muscardini Cellars is the only winery to get some of the amazing fruit from the BWise Estate - for that, Muscardini Cellars is very fortunate to be able to produce this wine and we are very fortunate and are excited to release this new vintage of Fortuna. The 2017 Fortuna consists of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Zinfandel, 16% Syrah, 12% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petite Verdot all from the BWise Estate. Aged for 18 months in 35% new French oak.
On Saturday, January 25th, tastings will conclude at 2:00 PM. Wine by the glass and bottle will be available for purchase during the event. Tastes of Caviar and Charcuterie are complimentary. Food will be available for purchase from Fuel Food Truck during the duration of the event.
