Spring Release Weekends are happening at Muscardini Cellars Friday, April 9th-Sunday, April 11th and Friday, April 16th-Sunday, April 18th. The release weekends will feature a flight of new wines each paired with a unique small bite. Wine Club Director and Food+Wine Pairing Specialist, Karen Hannah, has worked with owner and winemaker Michael Muscardini to develop an Italian-inspired menu that features both classic and unique Italian pairings to accompany Muscardini Cellars new Italian releases. The menu features fresh and local ingredients from Sonoma Market. Wines and food pairings are listed below.

Italian Sausage Gumbo with Orzo aka “Zuppa con Salsiccia”
There will be music on select event dates from 2:00-5:00pm featuring local Sonoma artists John Burdick and Don Trotta. John Burdick will perform on the Release Weekend Saturdays April 10th & 17th and Don Trotta will perform on the Sundays April 11th and 18th.
The release weekend tasting flight and food pairing is $35 for general public and $15 for wine club members.
