Club Community Member Points

At Muscardini Cellars, we believe that engaging with wine in a way which fits your life and helps you build connections is what the “joy of living” is all about. That’s why our Club Community Member Points are set up for you to redeem at any time on wine you love.

While wine bottle purchases or any Muscardini purchases will certainly earn you Member Points, we believe in the philosophy of the more you connect and engage, they more points you earn.

What’s unique about this is that you can build a relationship with us without having to always purchase wine, and that opens the door to a different kind of daily consumption around wine with far more opportunities to apply your points to wine you want.

We know our members’ voices help strengthen connection within our club community family and we want to celebrate that.

How Do I Earn Muscardini Cellars Club Community Member Points?

Our Member Points program is ever changing with new offerings – that’s the joy of it!

Beyond wine, here are things you can expect to receive Member Points through when you engage regularly with us:

– Participation in surveys
– Friend referrals and friend club joins
– Wine review shares
– Attending an event
– Setting up an in-home wine experience
– Booking a virtual wine and food pairing
– Taking advantage of your complimentary tasting through any Member-to-Member Partnership

(Please understand that since members commit to two club shipments annually, the reward is that you accrue a larger volume of Member Points through them; however, we ask that you understand that the only thing your points may not be applied towards are future club shipments.)

 

How Do I Redeem My Muscardini Cellars Club Community Points?

To check on the points you have and to redeem them for wine, simply log into the online account you created with us HERE. Your points should pop up right away! 

If you want to redeem them in person at the tasting room, simply let your Muscardini Cellars host know at the point of checkout how many of your points you wish to apply.

Do my Muscardini Cellars Club Community Member Points expire or roll over?

Active Muscardini Cellars Club Community Member points never expire and they roll over.

If you need to put your membership on hold, your points will cease to accrue during the hold period, and if you decide you want to cancel your membership, your points will no longer be eligible for redemption.

Muscardini Cellars Member Points program is exclusive to active Muscardini Cellars members – just one more reason to love being part of la famiglia!
