Wine Tasting Reservations
In order for us to offer you a memorable tasting experience, we strongly recommend guests make reservations for all of our wine-tasting experiences. Same-day reservations will be accepted if there is availability. We accept reservations daily from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. All reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Groups of 8 or more must contact the winery directly to book a large group tasting experience. Please call (707) 933-9305 for private events or large group tasting inquiries.
Tasting Experiences
We invite you to visit our tasting room nestled inside a historic schoolhouse where you can experience traditional Italian-style winemaking at its finest, right in the heart of Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon. Enjoy flights or wine by the glass and charcuterie featuring our wine-infused salumi or even bring your own picnic and taste on our patio or in our beautiful backyard. For a more intimate experience, we offer reserve tastings that feature our most exclusive wines from our Reserve Library Room. Ciao! We look forward to your visit.
Signature Tasting Flight

Introduce yourself to our signature Italian varietals in this flight and explore our roots. Experience a journey from Sonoma to Mendocino for an approachable tasting that will make you feel completely at home. Guests are welcome to add on a charcuterie platter to enhance their tasting for $35.
“All Things Italian” Reserve Tasting Experience
Offered Daily by Appointment at 11 am and 2 pm
$55, waivable only with club signup, complimentary for wine club members (as club tier allows)
What grows together, goes together. At Muscardini Cellars, we celebrate wine as food and as the completion of a meal, which is why we are excited to present our Italian-centric Private Reserve Tasting. This unique pairing will walk you through an understanding of wines that truly set the Italian table by way of our Vermouth aperitivo, several current release and library Italian wines, and one of our digestivo Grappas. And while no Italian meal would be complete without salumi, olive oil and cheese, you will be able to explore our very own wine-infused salumi made using Pete Seghesio’s Journeyman Meats and our fruity & spicy olive oil from Cassata Vineyards in conversation with select Muscardini Cellars wines that just may make you rethink how you set your Italian table!
“Explore Your Senses” Blind Tasting Experience
Offered Daily by Appointment at 11 am and 2 pm
$45, waivable with wine club signup or $100 wine purchase, complimentary for wine club members (as club tier allows)
Dive deeper into the aromatics of different varietals and truly explore your senses! During this guided experience, you will be presented with varietals of wine in a blind lineup and asked to consider each wine’s shade and color depth before you begin to sense the aroma of each wine, focusing on fruit. Sensory jars with non-fruit aromas are provided as clues to the varietals. Be sure to assign a varietal to each wine and make guesses as to the aromas you are sensing in each jar before consulting the answer key when the wines will be revealed. The power of suggestion has never been so much fun!
*Please note, cancellation of a Reserve Tasting Experience within 48 hours of the reservation may be subject to a 50% charge of expected tasting fees.
