vibrant Rosato is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The juice
remained on the skins for twenty hours, and was then fermented
in neutral French oak barrels. Our
Rosato presents a bouquet of strawberry guava, with hints
of honey. It is a very dry wine with crisp, fresh flavors.

Bill Pauli is a great grower in Ukiah Valley, AVA. The grapes were tended with care and picked by hand late in season. The aromas are of pear and cranberry with lime peel. The flavor is a sweet fruit followed by a burst of cherries. It has soft tannins. This aromatic, sensuous wine pairs well with food.

I love Sangiovese. I hope you do too. This Sangiovese reveals aromas of violets, red raspberry and plum, with a little cinnamon and sandalwood, and lastly, a hint of tobacco and vanilla. Savor the bright fruit, raspberry and cherry. It has soft tannins with a lingering finish. A great food wine.

These Syrah grapes were biodynamically grown on “benchlands,” where long, hot summers produce luscious fruit with the perfect flavor profile. This wine was barrel aged in french oak for one year. The aroma is of mulberry and violets intertwined with gamey, spicy black pepper and cinnamon notes. The flavor is loaded with with raspberry and black cherry. Spicy nutmeg flavors linger through to the finish.

This Syrah from a small vineyard in
Sonoma Valley has an intense
purple, almost black color. The
grapes are hand-tended and were
picked ultra ripe. Initial aromas are
of smoked meats and dark chocolate
with overtones of violets and
raspberry, and a hint of toasty oak
and black pepper spice. The dark
berry fruit flavor explodes with a
big-mouth feeling. It is thick with
smoky character on the finish.

The Revel Family vineyard was planted over
87 years ago. When I gaze over the vines,
imagining what they’ve been through, it’s
as though a story book unfolds before me.
These grapes are organically grown, dry
farmed and hand-tended. The end result is
classic Zin, with aromas of ripe raspberries
and black pepper. The flavor opens with big
raspberry, moves into a luscious middle
and ends with a spicy, toasty finish.

| Tesoro (treasure) is a proprietary blend
of Sangiovese, Syrah and Cabernet
Sauvignon. Made in a Super-Tuscan style,
this wine has a deep, intense purple color.
The aroma is dominated by blueberry,
boysenberry and dark fruit. It has
complex hints of chocolate, dried herbs
and toasty oak, with a spicy sandalwood,
white pepper element. The flavors are
rich, full fruit at first and continue to
the finish with full tannins.
