This new 2021 vintage is a crisp white wine with fragrant aromas of fresh spring flowers, ripe melon and citrus. Vibrant flavors of pear, peach, green fig, grapefruit and a hints of vanilla and almond paste on the long, smooth finish. An ideal wine to serve with prosciutto and melon, tangy cheeses, delicate fish, garlic roasted prawns, and grilled chicken served with fresh fruit salsa.
